In the context of industrial benchmarking, we often process proprietary machine data and operational logs. While this is primarily technical metadata, any intersection with identifiable personnel is handled under the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) of Turkey. We utilize sophisticated anonymization techniques to ensure that performance metrics reflect organizational excellence without compromising individual privacy.
Information is retained only for the duration of our analytical contract plus the statutory period required by Turkish commercial law. Once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, or upon a verified deletion request, our protocols initiate a multi-pass wipe of all relevant local and cloud-based storage nodes.
